Exercises in Pranasuri

All the exercises in Pranasuri can be performed separately, and at the stage of familiarization and training should be given to each exercise longer.

                Types of breathing exercises

Kapalabhati (kph) — cleansing, control breathing myshsch, balancing emotional state;

                      Kriya and bandhas

Kapalabhati — the same can be attributed to kriyam, this exercise is a clear purifying character;

Agni Sara Dhauti -development respiratory diaphragm, cleansing and healing of the digestive system;
Uddiyana-bandha — the development of the diaphragm, the circulatory and nervous systems.
Nauli Kriya — the development of the respiratory diaphragm, cleansing and healing of the digestive system;

Mula bandha — compression of the pelvic floor muscles. With regular practice, the right strengthens the pelvic organs, and generally has a strong positive charging effect on the entire body. It performed both separately and in combination with other breathing exercises, bandhas and asanas.
